      What a year for Carrera! She started of the year having quads, three buck and one doe, Vanquish. Milking more and looking better than ever, I was very excited to get her in the ring. She did not dissapoint! In Phoenix, AZ despite 100+ degree heat (coming from temperatures that dropped into the twenties) Carrera was GCH, and BOB, against very stiff competition, and and an older challenger. After that she placed 3rd against strong competition. 

      On the milk stand Carrera has the levelest lactation in the herd, peaking at 14 -15 pounds a day, despite a often 8/16hr split schedule due to my work.

      Very linebred on GCH Pearl Valley Em's Lilac, she is the combination of 3 Lilac sons. She strikingly looks like lilac, and people often comment that she has that lilac "style".   

     This doe seems to just get better with age,as she continues to get wider and deeper. (rump width34) I have high hopes for her future. 

      Not only is she nice herself, but Carrera is proving  she can reproduce herself in her daughters. Yearling Ferrari was at the top of her class all year, appraising VG87VVVV, she looking like she will end up possibly the nicest doe I have ever bred. Kid daughter Vanquish is also looking very exciting, being shown twice this year and placing JGCH and RJGCH.  

     Carrera was bred to *B Pearl Valley Laredo Milagro, and is due 3/10/12. This line breeding ties the last great GCH EX93 Lilac son, Laredo into this line, and should be extremely consistent, adding a little general appearance.
